e Santa Barbara uscirono insieme dal bosco, Barbara a piedi e Giorgio a cavallo. Quando raggiunsero la sommit\u00e0 della parte superiore, davanti a loro si present\u00f2 un&#8217;ampia valle (Vinodol).<\/p><p>San Giorgio salt\u00f2, con il suo cavallo, dalla parte superiore a quella inferiore del monte, verso il mare. Ancor oggi, su una roccia, si possono vedere i segni degli zoccoli, della sciabola e degli stivali. Invece Santa Barbara, che era a piedi, non riusc\u00ec a saltare oltre la valle; perci\u00f2, scese un po\u2019 pi\u00f9 in basso, in un paesino chiamato Podsko\u010di, e attravers\u00f2 la valle a piedi.<\/p><p>A Podsko\u010di si possono ancora vedere le tracce delle sue scarpe e del fuso. Quando le donne lo videro, si burlarono dei turchi.
